This only organises — it never invents version numbers or dates. Keep format always writes to [Unreleased]; date grouping reuses the version/date headings found in your input.
Recognised prefixes: feat / fix / perf / refactor / docs / style / test / chore / build / ci. Anything else stays under "other" instead of being dropped.
Everything runs in memory: no storage, no logging, no files written.
